Riddick Stone won a 12-man Red Rock Rumble to become the new number one contender for the Red Rock Wrestling Heavyweight Championship. Competing stars included The Answer, Julien Young, Lincoln Steen, "Mad Dog" Bruce Vachon, Duke MacIsaac, The Black Mamba, “Iron” Jeremy Orr, "The Big Picture" Chris Cooke, “X-Fit Beast” Kirk Aubé, “Mr. 205 Live” Mark Thomas, Riddick Stone and Voorhees. Cooke, Young, Stone and Voorhees would be the final four stars remaining before Young eliminated Cooke. Voorhees would then eliminate Young to leave just two stars remaining. In the end, Riddick Stone would find a way to throw Voorhees over the top rope to be crowned the 2018 Red Rock Rumble winner. Following the match, “Kowboy” Mike Hughes would enter the ring to congratulate Stone on his victory. This brought out Dr. Feinstein and his “clients”, Chris Cooke and Voorhees. With Stone and Hughes ready to work side-by-side, Stone would attack Hughes from behind in a shocking turn of events, unveiling that Riddick Stone was Dr. Feinstein’s new client all along. While Feinstein and co. attacked Kowboy, they did the unthinkable when Feinstein cut “Kowboy” Mike Hughes hair in the middle of the ring, embarrassing him in front of his hometown fans. During the melee, it appeared that after years of being belittled by Dr. Feinstein, Voorhees had finally had enough. Being slapped by Feinstein in the ring was enough to set Voorhees off as he turned his attention to the Feinstein crew in the ring, ultimately helping Kowboy send Feinstein and his clients running to the back as Hughes and the monster, Voorhees, stood tall in the ring, ending the night with a look of respect to one another. “Kowboy” Mike Hughes spent the final few minutes of the night searching the backstage area for Feinstein and his crew but had no luck as it appeared that they had fled the arena immediately after the show.
